LNALow Noise Amplifier - A device that receives and amplifies weak satellite signals at the output of a feedhorn, whilst introducing as little electrical noise as possible in the process. The frequency of the incoming signal is unchanged at the output of the device. The feedhorn is typically a physically separate device.
